Co-Owner & Director of Operations
Trey Watts serves as the Director of Operations for Salon Wave OKC, bringing years of experience in salon, spa, and barbershop management. With a passion for business development, customer experience, and team culture, Trey focuses on creating an elevated environment where both clients and artists feel inspired, supported, and valued.
Prior to Wave, Trey owned and operated a salon and spent several years managing successful salon and spa businesses, helping teams grow while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional service and operational excellence. He is also a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and remains actively involved in the Oklahoma City community through organizations including the Diversity Business Association, DeadCenter Film Festival, and Neighborhood Housing Services.
Outside of the salon, Trey enjoys spending time with his three dogs, exploring Downtown Oklahoma City, attending Oklahoma City Thunder games, supporting Oklahoma Sooners football, and sharing an appreciation for high-end automotive design and culture.
