Thomas Simpson has been in the hair industry for over 24 years, but his passion for helping people feel confident and seen never gets old. After graduating from Duncan Brothers School of Hair Design, he continued to sharpen his craft with advanced training at Toni & Guy Academy and the L’Oréal Academy in New York City.
Thomas spent seven years as a national educator for Toni & Guy, traveling the country to teach color theory, precision cutting, and creative techniques. That experience helped shape his detail-oriented, client-first approach.
At Wave Salon, Thomas specializes in lived-in color, blonding, and corrective work. Thomas stays ahead of industry trends and loves sharing tips and tricks to help clients feel confident and stylish long after they leave the salon. His goal is to make every appointment feel relaxed, collaborative, and inspiring.
Outside the salon, you’ll likely find him on the tennis court, experimenting with new culinary creations, exploring local art scenes, or dreaming up the next big idea for his business.
